A. Unless there was an appeal filed, there probably is not a transcript because they are not typed up unless needed. You can probably get the charges if you go look at the court file. You will probably have to go to the courthouse to see the file unless your state has the actual paperwork online (usually you can only get the title of the document). And if there was an appeal, the transcript will be in the court file. Short of going to the court, you can look in the local paper's archives for stories about the trial - sounds like it had plenty of coverage. You can also use the lexis-nexis system (if you want to pay the fee) to find any appeal decisions about her case and newspaper articles about the trial.

Is it against the law for an employer in Texas to fire a employee working as a Tankerman for eating on a barge
Q. I was working as a Tankerman for Kirby Inland Marine on one of there towboats, and they fired me for eating on a barge. Is there anything that I can do about this. The captain told me that I was not allowed to eat on the barge, I told the captain that I don't care. The captain woke me up at 11:30 A.M., and expected me to be on the barge at 12:00 P.M. Kirby should not be able to tell there Tankerman that they can't eat on the barge when they let them drink water out of a water cooler on the barge.
