A. we really have no conclusive proof at the moment to say, there heve eye witness accounts and the filmmakers take advantage of this too make a good movie, but as yet we need visual proof in order to scientifically identify and categorise the species.

A. Sasquatch stories go back centuries. Tales of mythical giant apes lurk in the oral traditions of most Native American tribes, as well as in Europe and Asia. There is something out there.

Whats the name of the horror film about big foot terrorising a familly in texas,?
Q. It was shown on t.v. in the late 70s or early 80s. and used to scare me witless. I think it was about a big foot, at least it was a monster simmilar to a bigfoot. I belive that the film was adapted from a true story. Again I think it was set in texas, but I remember there being swamps in the film. It killed the familly dog and chickens. and try'd to get in to the home. I remember the end of the film, where a man -could of been a police man- standing by his car on a road and looking in to the forest/swamp he was wearing a stetson and sunglasses, there was a voice over talking about the horror that tookplace in the forrest. can you help me with this? as for some reason it has been in my mind for the past few months.

A. There have been numerous bigfoot movies, with pretty much the same plot, so it's hard to define the exact one you are looking for. However, I did find several around that time frame, and I've pasted the link below. The titles are listed towards the bottom of the page, under References and Notes. There is one version that I like the best though and it's called, "Legend of Boggy Creek" (1972) It was filmed in Arkansas not Texas, but it has alot of the same elements you described. Here's the link to it too:

Is it possible that the tracks seen in places like glenrose texas are not human afterall?
Q. For many years, centuries even, there have been claims of Yeti's or Bigfoot like creatures. Many countries and cultures have similar stories. While some of the details are different, the overall concept of a large man-ape like creature is the same. Could it at all be possible that such tracks next to dinosaur tracks could be that of Bigfoot? Could the Bigfoot be a link between human man, and it's animal ancestor? Personally, I do not know what to think. Where I grew up in Central Texas, there were dinosaur tracks in the limestone of the creek beds. We children always found it amusing to put our own feet into these tracks to see the difference in size of a dino print, and a human. But, there were no human tracks in the limestone - and we… [cont.]

A. They are roughly twice the size of humans and have no arch. They only kinda, sorta look a bit like a footprint. But no one educated that's looked at them thinks that they are. They actually know the species of dinosaur that made them. I drove up and looked at them one day when I lived in Texas. They are less than impressive to say the least. There is a reason they take things that can be mistaken and never find actual bones.

Can anyone tell me the name of this Walker, Texas Ranger episode?
Q. I love making fun of Chuck Norris in this TV show, and when nothing else is on I like to watch some Walker for kicks. (no pun intended) Ok, there was an episode where Chuck is lost in the wilderness with a witness or something like that, and one of the many perils Chuck must take care of is some sort of mountain monster. It looked like a combination of a bigfoot, yeti, and a guy in half a gas mask. I can't find it on youtube, but if I knew the episode name then I could show it to my girlfriend. I swear I have seen this episode, and it does exist. There is a hilarious scene where he fights this thing. Please help!!??

A. It might be the episode "Swan Song." Several episodes have him in the wilderness, but in this one there is a plane crash survivor who turned cannibal, who could be the 'monster' you're talking about.

Hey, regulars, isn't it about time we asked the Secret Government Agency for a raise?
Q. After all, they no longer pay us enough for sitting at the computer, holding off all those folks who are onto them about the moon landings, 2012, Bigfoot on Mars, the fake moon they see in the daytime, UFOs over Texas, and that hexagon on Saturn that silly bastard Johnson drew on the photo just to make things difficult for us. What have I forgotten?

A. You might have forgotten the small matter of never having been invited to hold off all those folks. You're doing volunteer work, which never gets pay raises.

is my story good so far?
Q. Nick Parker was the weirdest kid in all of R. Wood High. No one knew what the R stood for in R. Wood High, but it really wasn t like anyone cared. Nick was the weirdest kid because he was obsessed with anything scary and anything related to horror. He loved vampires, werewolves, spiders, and anything like Texas Chain-Saw Massacre too. He was one kid who actually liked to be frightened. Nick had short, curly black-brown hair, and dark green eyes. He was somewhat tall, and Alisha, Nick called. Look at this! He was sitting on the couch, reading one of his horror magazines. Yes, there actually are people who print horror magazines. The magazines Nick had a subscription to were Horrific Events Over The Globe, Frightening Fantasy : An… [cont.]

A. It's good. I only have a bit of constructive criticism. Your writing style is very frank, very straight forward. Not detail-less - just this is what it is and this is it kind of writing. However, even with this kind of writing style you can't just put the information in. Let the reader find it out for himself. So in the middle of it, don't suddenly put - Nick had short, curly black-brown hair, and dark green eyes. He was somewhat tall, and skinny. Let us find that out for ourselves, like, "Nick brushed his dark curly hair out of his eyes," or, "I was suddenly x-rayed by the two, huge, examining green eyes."

I've never been good when it comes to buying birthday presents...?
Q. I'm fourteen, my friend is turning fourteen. her birthday party is a surprise party planned by her mother and I. We live in Washington, and I told her I'm going to Texas to visit my family. I'm gonna tell her three days before her surprise birthday party that I'm leaving. but of course, it's a surprise, and i'm gonna be at the party. Honestly, she's my best friend, and we didn't think much of each other during school. always picking on each other, and stuff. I call her elf, because she's short, and she calls me giant. LOL. She even bought me a bigfoot t-shirt once. I'll admit, I'm pretty damn funny. and the way I roll is, the meaner I am to you, probably, the more I like you. I'm always kidding. I wanted to get her something memorable, so… [cont.]
